- Contact & Marketing Data: We may collect your phone number or email address if you voluntarily provide them for marketing campaigns, waitlists, or promotional updates.
- User Content: We collect the text prompts you enter to generate songs and the audio content generated by the App.
- Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we may retain the content of your messages to resolve your inquiries.
B. Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: We collect information about your device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers (e.g., for OneSignal/Firebase push notifications) to ensure app functionality and security.
- Usage Data: We track interactions such as songs created, songs played, "likes," and features used (e.g., "Share with Friends") to improve the App's performance and user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the App's functionality.
- Generate and manage your AI music library.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions (via RevenueCat).
- Send you important notifications (e.g., song generation status, subscription alerts).
- Send promotional materials or campaign updates (only if you have explicitly opted in to receive such communications).
- Improve our services, fix technical issues, and analyze usage trends.
3. Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the trusted third-party services necessary to operate the App:
- Supabase: For secure authentication and database storage.
- Suno AI: To generate audio from your text prompts.
- RevenueCat: To manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- Google Firebase / OneSignal: For analytics and push notifications.
Social Sharing
If you use the "Share" feature (e.g., "Share with Friends"), the App allows you to share content via your device's native sharing options (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.). We do not control how these third-party platforms handle your data once shared.
4. Data Retention
- We retain your account information as long as your account is active.
- Generated audio files are stored on our servers. While we strive to keep them indefinitely, free-tier limitations may apply (e.g., 15-day expiry for non-subscribed users), but downloaded copies on your device are yours to keep.
5. Your Rights & Choices
- Opt-Out: You can opt out of marketing emails or push notifications at any time via your device settings or by contacting us.
- Account Deletion: You can request to delete your account and associated data directly within the App.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Data Deletion Instructions
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data (including songs, purchase history, and user IDs), you can do so immediately within the app:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the action.
This process is irreversible and will purge your data from our systems (Supabase and RevenueCat).
