Welcome to BUBA AI ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use govern your use of the BUBA AI mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. License & Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only (unless a Professional subscription is active). You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code.
  • Use the App to break laws or harm others.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Moderation

A. Zero Tolerance

We have strictly zero tolerance for objectionable content. You are prohibited from generating or sharing content that is:

  • Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited.
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic.
  • Promoting violence, illegal acts, or gambling.

B. Ownership

You retain ownership of your text prompts.

  • FREE USERS: Licensed for personal use only.
  • PRO USERS: Commercial rights granted subject to Suno AI terms.

C. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user who violates these terms without notice.

D. Reporting

Report objectionable content via the in-app "Report" function. We investigate and act within 24 hours.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • A. Billing: Subscriptions are managed via Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
  • B. Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • C. Refunds: Refund requests are handled directly by the respective app store (Apple/Google) according to their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in ways that:

  • Violate any law or regulation.
  • Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Disrupt, damage, or overburden the app infrastructure.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • The accuracy or reliability of any generated AI content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUBA AI and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these Terms or use the App inappropriately. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in courts within that jurisdiction.
